As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing our signature filled bagels and serving specialty coffee to creating a welcoming atmosphere, this Front of House Team Member role is all about energy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
• Serve guests confidently at both table and counter service
• Help customers with product recommendations and menu knowledge
• Ensure every customer has a positive experience

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards
• Ensure all food and drinks are presented to high quality standards
• Support food prep and service readiness throughout the day

Order Fulfilment & Service

• Process customer orders accurately using the till system
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Clear tables and maintain a clean customer environment

Teamwork & Operations

• Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams
• Support different areas of the business when required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or café environments preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, coffee, and delivering great service
• Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
