We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our growing team and help us deliver the Steamhouse experience every damn day.

About the Role

As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing our signature filled bagels, serving drinks, and delivering exceptional service.

This Team Member role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality products and great hospitality. Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service at all times
• Engage confidently with customers and assist with product recommendations
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the store
• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional Steamhouse experience

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards
• Ensure all food and drinks are presented to the highest quality standards
• Support food preparation to ensure readiness for service
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently

Order Fulfilment & Service

• Deliver food and drink orders promptly and professionally
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy periods
• Support smooth service throughout the day

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store
• Follow food storage and stock rotation procedures
• Keep front and back of house areas organised and presentable

Team Support & Operations

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business
• Support Supervisors and Managers with daily operations
• Assist with stock handling, preparation, and organisation
• Be flexible and willing to support different areas when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences
