As a Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading shifts, motivating the team, and maintaining high operational standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Create a positive and accountable team culture
  • Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and teamwork
  • Support performance management and operational standards

Shift Leadership

  • Run smooth and efficient shifts across front of house, coffee, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure staffing levels and service standards are maintained
  • Step into operational roles when needed during busy periods

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
  • Support the team in building strong product knowledge and upselling confidently
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently

Operational Standards

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
  • Ensure company procedures and brand standards are consistently followed
  • Support end-of-day processes and store readiness

Food Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed
  • Monitor allergen procedures and operational compliance
  • Conduct equipment and operational checks when required

Stock & Business Operations

  • Support stock ordering and inventory management
  • Communicate stock shortages and operational updates clearly
  • Assist with achieving sales targets and operational goals
