Store Manager

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to take full ownership of the OG store at The Steamhouse, an institution locally for all things coffee and bagels since 2016!!

This role is all about leading from the front, building a strong, motivated team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving both operational and financial performance. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring everything from service and standards to stock, sales, and compliance is executed to the highest level.

As a key leader in the business, you’ll play a vital role in developing your team, growing the store’s performance, and representing the brand in the local community.

The Role:

  • Overseeing daily operations.
  • Running shift confidently and calmly, even at peak times.
  • Maintaining a great team by recruiting, orienting, & training new members; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment & developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all team members are supported when fulfilling their roles.
  • Overseeing and maintaining safety & food hygiene standards in all working areas according to the food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain correct stock levels.
  • Monitor and maintain The Steamhouse Standards by enforcing high quality and exceptional customer service standards.

This position is available on a full-time contract (Based on a 40 hour contract) that is fully flexible across the week.

To apply for this position you must have:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Hospitality Manager of a similar level
  • Have a minimum of 1 years barista experience, and be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge
  • Have some kitchen experience or be willing to learn new skills
